What size should I choose?
For the best fit, the ProTrainer vest should sit snugly. A well-fitted vest keeps pockets secure, so treats and toys stay in place and are easy to reach.
- Too loose? Pockets may sag, making items harder to grab or prone to falling out.
- Tip: Choose a size 1–2 cm smaller than your measurements in the table below.
- The fabric stretches up to +29%, allowing full comfort and flexibility.
- Already own the SportTrainer light jacket? The vest fits similarly, but its slightly tighter fabric gives a more streamlined fit.
Product & care instructions
The vest is made of a lightweight, breathable and stretchy technical fabric that wicks moisture away and keeps you comfortable. The ultra-thin fabric is tightly knit but you should still avoid sharp objects and Velcro to keep your garment looking good. We do not recommend wearing this vest with a dog who jumps at you forcefully, paws at you or mouths you.
Washing instructions:
- Close all zippers and turn inside out
- Wash at 40°C
- Do not use fabric softener
- Do not tumble dry

My training vest arrived on Friday, and after a weekend of training in it, I can really recommend it! Because it’s super light, you hardly notice it at all. And the large pockets have ample room for both treats and toys. It’s perfect for indoor training over a long-sleeved shirt. I already had the SportTrainer light training jacket, but I have uses for both and I love them both. A brilliant training vest! My old training vest doesn’t even compare to this, and it really wasn’t very comfortable. But this SportsK9 training vest is really lovely to wear when training! You hardly even notice you’re wearing it because it’s so ultra-light. And yet the pockets have room for everything you need, and everything’s easy to access. I sometimes forget to take it off and find myself wearing it at home after training! I think that’s the best testament to just how comfortable this vest is. 😀

This is definitely the best training vest that I’ve ever had! For me, one of the most important things is that the vest feels comfortable on and that it doesn’t restrict my movement in any way, and this vest meets these wishes perfectly: It is light, stretchy, and breathable. The vest also seems high-quality and durable, having used it for about a month now. On top of these, the vest is super stylish, and I’ll definitely use it in future competitions in addition to the training sessions.
